Doing Yoga, cycling, aerobic and exercise 30 minutes a day is enough to achieve all the above things. Doing Exercise or walking 30min a day, five days in a week can make your life healthy.

There are some exercises which can enhance your arm muscle and you can achieve big hammer life professional body builder.
Hammer Curl:-
Hold two dumbbells in your palms and sit straight on a flat bench. Raise both the dumbbell until your forearms are vertical and your thumbs face the shoulder. Repeat it 10 to 15 times. Do it 3 set by taking 5sec of interval.

Barbell Curl:-
Hold a barbell and stand straight. Let your arms straight down from your shoulders. Curl the barbell as high as you can. Curl it in good form. Don’t bend or down. Stand straight. After curling the barbell, pause for a while then lower the barbell slowly. Repeat this process 10 to 15 times. Do it 3 set by taking 5sec of interval.

By Practicing these process regularly, you can enhance your arms muscle like hammer.

slippery Discs has now turned into a common disease in all countries. Since more than billions of people sit on chair for long hours in offices and home, driving vehicle and car for long journey, bending forward for lifting something. This habit for a long period can turned into back pain or slippery Discs. The consequence of this disease is to take pain killer pills on regular basis, take a month or weekly rest on bed or if the condition is crucial then go for an surgery. Despite of that you can’t stop yourself not to again indulge in that habit to sit in office or driving vehicle etc.

So Just prepare yourself to fight with this disease by adding some exercise in your daily routine. Try to Do walking, swimming,bicycling for 20 to 30 minutes in a week for alternate days. It will help you to get rid from back pain or slippery disc forever.
Lie on your back. Place your left leg down with knee straight. Bend your right hip so your knee is pointing to the ceiling. Gently clasp your hands around right upper thigh. Keep your elbows straight while holding and straighten your right knee and move the foot toward the ceiling as much as is comfortable. Never stretch to the point that your hips begin to lift off the floor. You should feel a stretch on backside of your thigh. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat 2 times. Repeat the same stretch on your other leg.

If you have neglected to gain Leg Muscle then i have some tips for you. You can do it in home or gym to get it back. Lean your torso slightly forward and push your hips back. As you lower your body, keep your keens behind your toes. Once you can do 20 body squats, try split squats. Progress to backward lunges, forward lunges and single leg squats and you will get your desire leg muscle in 2 months.
